(10:55:10 PM) Saturday, January 19, 2002 1342: the number of pennies i just fed into the coinstar machine at my local ralph's. 1: the number of pennies the machine refused to accept (a 1941 wheat penny). a few nickels and dimes snuck along for the ride, too. these pennies represent roughly five years of pocket-change, dumped into a jar every night. i finally filled up my jar the other day, so it's time to start all over.
