(5:55:09 PM) Sunday, July 08, 2001 spent this weekend at my folks', as saturday was mom's birthday. i treated mom for her birthday by making dinner. the rest of the weekend was pretty much all about lazing around in the pool, which was just fine by me. (5:08:55 PM) catching up: spent the 4th sleeping in, kicking it on the beach admiring the lovely people along the strand in manhattan beach, and then watching the (pretty lame) fireworks in redondo beach. oh, and then spent 2 hours sitting in traffic to get home after the fireworks were over.
